Tadam!!!

So I got the movie loaded, and with a little luck it'll insert just fine into this post, and you can share my wonderful friendship album, made essentially with the material is this bumper kit, lots of hints and tips, printables and techniques shared between So. and myself during many of our late night 'surfing' sessions, and with the addition of a (very) few bits'n'pieces in my more than copious home stash.

Without further ado, I present to you a MAXI-mini, based on Revlie's detailed tutorial, and a kit made-by-So.:

And, as they are really the heart and soul of this album, here are some individual shots of the pages stitched on felt, fabric or made from transparencies:

As you can see (if you're still with me) :D, this is anything BUT mini! It's choc full of colour, embellishments, colour, fun and techniques! I particularly loved the way the stitched journalling worked out, and all the fabric pages in general. I was delighted to at last actually use some of the shiny bling that I purchase regularly but find difficult to use well, and I adore the corkboard pages stamped and decorated for journalling.

A huge, enormous, gigantic 'Thank you' to So for the genius behind this project, for your constant cheerful presence and friendship, and your sheer good humour and bon plans!!! It was an absolute joy to do this mini in tandem, and I look forward to many more joint ventures between us!
