Pop up Card

Published on by Antoinette

I played along with week 28's challenge at PaperPlay this week, as I needed a card to send with a parcel this weekend.  The challenge, set by Kate,  was to get some dimension into your project.

Mamaiw's gorgeous pop up card, as seen on this  tutorial was ideal to meet the challenge, and a very enjoyable card to make at that.

Beads and embossing to give dimension to the birds, the greeting mounted on 3d foam, and the pop up birds mounted on wire inside.  I think that should do it.

Pastel yellow bazzil for the support, Sandy Lion patterned paper, swirl stamp from Artemio, corner stamp from La Compagnie and the greeting stamp from Basic Grey, all birds cut using a Toga template, and Labels Three for the mats.
